Autonomous logistics leader Neolix has partnered with Singaporean deep-tech firm QuikBot Technologies. Their collaboration aims to develop a comprehensive autonomous delivery solution that bridges the gap from public roads to individual doorsteps. The initiative will launch with a pilot deployment in Singapore before expanding internationally.


A Strategic Technological Integration

The partnership will integrate Neolix's L4 autonomous mobility and fleet operations with QuikBot's specialized delivery platform. This fusion of technologies is designed to establish a continuous delivery chain from the street into complex building interiors. The goal is to create a unified system that handles the entire delivery journey autonomously.

Central to this is QuikBot's Ambient Permission Plane, a trust infrastructure for physical environments. This system enables autonomous vehicles to communicate and coordinate with building access controls, elevators, and other smart facilities. It solves the final-metre challenge by granting automated access to complete deliveries directly to the door.

Leveraging Singapore's Advanced Ecosystem

Singapore was chosen as the launch market for its mature autonomous vehicle ecosystem and supportive regulatory environment. The government is advancing an Autonomous Vehicle Act, providing a clear framework for shifting from testing to commercial operations. This legislative clarity de-risks the deployment and scaling of new autonomous services.

The deployment aligns with national initiatives like the Physical AI testbed in the Punggol Digital District. This testbed allows multi-operator fleets to share public paths, offering a real-world model for commercial logistics. Systems must pass rigorous assessments to operate there, ensuring high standards of safety and reliability.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Global Ambitions

Commercially, Neolix and QuikBot will act as joint go-to-market partners to attract enterprise and smart city clients. Their strategy includes launching joint pilot programs, aligning technical standards for interoperability, and pursuing strategic tenders together. This approach aims to accelerate market adoption of their combined solution.

Beyond Singapore, the partners plan to scale their delivery model across the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and other global regions. A successful deployment will create a standardized interface between public roads and building interiors for rapid replication. This experience will shorten time-to-market in key regions like the UAE, Japan, and Europe.

Leadership Perspectives on the Collaboration

Will Zhao, Executive President of Neolix, highlighted Singapore's importance as a market with clear regulatory expectations. He noted that QuikBot's deep knowledge of the local environment is crucial for their pilot deployment and compliance. This partnership strengthens their ability to connect on-road driving with complex indoor building scenarios.

Alan Ng, CEO of QuikBot, emphasized that their technology provides the missing infrastructure for autonomous delivery. He explained that the Ambient Permission Plane allows Neolix's vehicles to navigate buildings and complete the final metre. This collaboration makes a truly human-free delivery chain, from pickup to handoff, a reality.


This alliance between Neolix and QuikBot marks a significant advancement in autonomous logistics. By combining on-road capabilities with sophisticated indoor navigation, the partnership is poised to solve the complex last-metre delivery problem. Their success in Singapore could establish a new global standard for efficient and resilient urban supply chains.
