Ibtikar Fund has announced an undisclosed seed investment in Churn Solution, a Palestinian AI-powered customer retention platform. The startup helps subscription businesses reduce churn and recover lost revenue through personalized cancellation, reactivation, and payment recovery flows. Founded in 2025 by Abdulhafeth Salah, Mahdi Washha, and Walaa Kashou, the company launched its first product within three months and has since secured paying customers in several international markets.

A Platform Built for Retention

The platform gives subscription businesses real-time visibility into cancellation behavior. Its personalized cancellation flows present targeted retention offers at the moment a customer attempts to leave, while reactivation flows win back customers who have already churned. Payment recovery flows reduce involuntary churn caused by failed payments, and AI-driven feedback analysis surfaces sentiment and cancellation intent trends automatically.

AI-Driven Insights and No-Code Flexibility

The system also includes session recordings and in-dashboard AI insights that help teams understand why customers leave. A no-code flow builder allows non-technical teams to design and test retention experiences without engineering support. An MCP integration lets teams query their retention data directly from AI assistants, making advanced retention tools accessible to startups and small businesses.

Early International Traction

Churn Solution has gained active paying customers across the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, India, Morocco, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. The company attributes much of its current product to feedback from these early customers, who helped refine its features during the initial launch period. This international reach underscores the relevance of its retention platform for a wide range of subscription businesses.

Investment Plans and Regional Expansion

The fresh capital will support Churn Solution's product roadmap, go-to-market expansion, and hiring across sales, marketing, and content. It will also help the company grow its presence in the MENA region while exploring integrations with e-commerce platforms. These initiatives aim to broaden its reach across new customer segments and strengthen its position in the subscription economy.

Leadership Perspectives

Ibtikar Fund Managing Partner Ambar Amleh said retention has become a financial imperative for subscription businesses. She expressed confidence in Churn Solution's combination of AI-driven insight and no-code flexibility. Co-founder and CEO Abdulhafeth Salah noted that the partnership will help the company bring enterprise-level retention sophistication to a broader customer base.

Market Context

The global subscription economy is projected to reach $1.5 trillion by 2033, according to Grand View Research. Churn Solution is positioning itself as an intelligent alternative to rigid, one-size-fits-all retention tools. The company is purpose-built for startups and small and medium businesses that represent the fastest-growing segment of the market.

About the Companies

Ibtikar Fund invests in Palestinian founders building web and mobile-based companies from the MENA region. It is managed by Managing Partners Habib Hazzan and Ambar Amleh and operates from offices in the UAE and Palestine. Churn Solution is an AI-powered customer retention platform that helps subscription businesses reduce churn and boost revenue through personalized flows and real-time analytics.

This seed investment signals growing confidence in Palestinian founders building globally competitive software platforms. Churn Solution's early customer base across eight countries shows that retention challenges are universal for subscription businesses. With new capital, the company aims to scale its product and market presence while helping more operators understand and reduce customer churn.
