The collaboration combines HUMAIN's AI infrastructure, advanced models, and capabilities with Tarjama's deep language expertise and Arabic.AI's translation, document intelligence, and enterprise language technologies. It is designed to accelerate the deployment of Arabic.AI's solutions to Saudi enterprise customers and support adoption across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
Complementary Strengths
Each company contributes complementary strengths from across the AI and enterprise technology stack. HUMAIN brings its full artificial intelligence stack, including locally operated AI infrastructure, next-generation compute, and advanced models. Arabic.AI adds its Arabic-first translation management system Cleverso, Arabic translation models, and a delivery model that embeds language technology directly into enterprise operations, while Tarjama contributes more than 18 years of language technology and enterprise delivery expertise.
Initial Areas of Collaboration
The partners intend to work with early enterprise customers to bring Arabic.AI's solutions to the Saudi market across three priority areas. These include a translation management system with enforced glossaries and compounding translation memory, an archive digitization engine for turning legacy documents into searchable Arabic knowledge, and document intelligence agents that read, check, and draft contracts, tenders, and filings. The solutions cover accurate capture of handwritten and degraded script, classification, rights-managed access, clause-level extraction, compliance checks, and human oversight.
