HR Path, a global leader in HR consulting and HRIS solutions, announced on October 12, 2026, that it has acquired SnapAI, a start-up specializing in artificial intelligence and regulatory compliance. The acquisition is intended to strengthen HR Path's expertise in a strategic area for the future of human resources. It also aims to accelerate the development of the group's AI-based offerings and solutions.

Strategic Importance of Artificial Intelligence

HR Path views artificial intelligence as a major opportunity to transform HR professions, enhance the employee experience, and create new sources of value for companies. The group operates in 34 countries with nearly 2,900 employees and supports organizations through its Advise, Implement, and Outsource service lines. Since its creation in 2001, HR Path has placed technological innovation at the center of its development.

A Dedicated AI Task Force

The company's AI vision is built on the belief that technology should reduce repetitive tasks, augment team capabilities, and free up time for high value activities. It also gives employees the chance to develop new skills and focus on more rewarding assignments. To accelerate this momentum, HR Path has created a dedicated artificial intelligence task force that brings together expertise from across the group to explore AI use cases and opportunities.

Expanding AI Offerings

HR Path has recently launched a dedicated AI offering to support clients in their transformation journeys. The offering includes assessing AI maturity and HR data, identifying and prioritizing use cases, transforming HR processes, driving adoption and skills development, and defining roadmaps to generate and measure value. This approach is designed to help organizations move from AI experimentation to measurable business outcomes.

Portfolio-Wide AI Integration

The group's ambition is to make artificial intelligence a common theme across its entire portfolio, spanning consulting, implementation, and outsourcing services. In Advise, HR Path supports organizations in defining their AI strategy and transformation, while in Implement the group activates and integrates new AI capabilities within HR solutions. In Outsource, the team automates selected activities and continuously improves HR operations to deliver greater efficiency and value.

Acquiring Governance and Compliance Expertise

The acquisition of SnapAI is fully aligned with HR Path's AI strategy and adds specialized expertise in governance and regulatory compliance. AI applications in recruitment, assessment, and employee management are classified as high risk under the European AI Act. SnapAI's capabilities enable HR Path to support clients in deploying AI in a way that is both ambitious and controlled.

Responsible AI Adoption

This regulatory dimension is increasingly important as companies adopt AI tools across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, and workforce planning. By combining SnapAI's compliance knowledge with HR Path's global delivery model, the group can help clients manage risk while pursuing innovation. The move reflects a broader market need for responsible AI adoption in human resources.

With this acquisition, HR Path strengthens its position at the intersection of HR technology, artificial intelligence, and regulatory compliance. The integration of SnapAI is expected to accelerate the development of practical AI solutions that create measurable value for clients. As organizations seek to modernize HR functions responsibly, HR Path aims to provide both the innovation and the governance required for sustainable transformation.
