Semble, a leading European clinical platform, has announced the successful closure of a £30 million Series C funding round to enhance coordinated healthcare. The investment was spearheaded by European growth investor Revaia, with new participation from Partech and continued support from existing investors Mercia Ventures and Octopus Ventures. This significant capital injection is earmarked to accelerate the company's expansion and advance its AI-driven care orchestration technology across the continent.

Tackling a Fragmented Healthcare System

The investment arrives as healthcare providers face mounting operational challenges stemming from fragmented technology systems and a surge in patient demand. Semble's platform is designed to resolve these issues by offering a unified system that manages the entire patient journey for outpatient providers. With over 10 million patients in the UK having received care through its system, the company is tackling the industry's lack of coordination head-on.

Fueling Growth and Technological Advancement

The fresh capital will be strategically deployed to drive Semble's expansion into major healthcare groups and deepen its foothold in the French market. A primary objective is to advance the platform's position as the core AI orchestration layer that underpins modern care delivery. This will enable healthcare organizations to consolidate their fragmented operational systems into a single, intelligent, and interoperable infrastructure.

Christoph Lippuner, CEO and co-founder of Semble, highlighted that disconnected solutions often add complexity rather than solving systemic issues. He asserted that the future of healthcare belongs to organizations that can deliver a seamless end-to-end patient experience. This investment provides the necessary resources to rapidly scale this vision of intelligent orchestration across the UK and Europe.

Strong Market Position and Investor Backing

Investor confidence is high, with Revaia Partner Morgan Kessous calling Semble the "system of action for modern healthcare." Kessous noted the company's clinical depth, scale, and the trust it has earned from providers in the UK and France. Revaia's backing reinforces the conviction that Semble is exceptionally positioned to lead the technological transformation of the European healthcare market.

Semble's market traction is underscored by its 1,700 customers, including prominent UK healthcare brands such as Nuffield Health and London Doctors Clinic. The company's recent recognition by TIME as one of the World's Top HealthTech Companies for 2025 further cements its industry leadership. This momentum is also reflected in its rapid growth, having increased its headcount by over 50% since December 2024.

This £30 million funding round is a significant milestone for Semble, providing the fuel to pursue its ambition of redefining healthcare delivery. By enhancing its AI capabilities and expanding its reach, the company is poised to create a more unified and efficient ecosystem for providers and patients. The investment solidifies Semble's role as a key architect of the future of modern healthcare in Europe.
