The promise of artificial intelligence was to make work simpler, but many companies have experienced the opposite. Teams adopted tools independently, data became scattered across vendors, and costs grew difficult to trace, creating new risks around sensitive information. Goodweek positions itself as an AI Manager that provides access to leading models, sovereign data, and centralized control without requiring in-house AI expertise.
Addressing Complexity in AI Adoption
Many large enterprises can deploy internal AI teams to manage model selection, governance, and budgets. SMEs and mid-market companies typically lack that in-house expertise, yet they still want productivity gains. Goodweek fills this gap by offering a managed layer that lets leadership know which tools are in use, where data lives, and what everything costs.
Distribution Through Trusted IT Providers
Goodweek is deployed and managed by the IT providers a company already trusts, rather than being sold as another standalone tool. This channel places the product at the point where SMEs and mid-market companies actually make technology purchases. It reduces the burden of building new vendor relationships and aligns with existing buying behavior.
Founder Track Record and Team Experience
Goodweek was founded by Guillaume Nominé and Nicolas Stehle, two founders who each sold their previous company in 2022. Nominé founded Atolia, a digital workplace for SMEs acquired by SaaS Labs, while Stehle founded Scalefast, an Adara portfolio company acquired by ESW. Both studied computer science at ENSIIE, and the pair have brought talent from their former companies into Goodweek.
A Product Built for Simplicity and Scale
Goodweek has brought people from both Atolia and Scalefast into its team. This combines experience building collaboration products for SMEs with expertise in running complex infrastructure at scale. The result is a product designed to be simple for end users while remaining robust for the IT providers that deploy and manage it.
Investor Conviction
The investment is also a reunion for Adara, which backed Stehle at Scalefast and has now returned to support Goodweek. Backing a founder for a second time is considered a strong signal of conviction, and the firm states it does not give that lightly. Investors were convinced by distribution through IT providers and trust through sovereign data and centralized control.
Seed Round and Strategic Backing
Goodweek has raised a US$12 million Seed round led by Adara. The round includes Anamcara, BGV (Benhamou Global Ventures), BY Venture Partners, CentraleSupélec Venture, FJ Labs, Interlace Ventures, and True Ventures, with support from Bpifrance. The capital will help the company scale its platform and expand through the IT provider channel.
The Trusted AI Infrastructure Opportunity
For AI to become part of everyday work, companies need clarity about where their data lives and who controls it. Without that trust, adoption remains shallow and fragmented across teams. Sovereign data and centralized control are therefore the foundation that makes broader, daily use possible, aligning with what Adara calls Trusted AI Infrastructure.
Goodweek is entering the market at a time when many companies recognize the need for AI but struggle with governance and cost. By combining a founder team with proven exit experience, a channel strategy rooted in existing IT relationships, and a returning investor, the company has a credible foundation for growth. Its US$12 million Seed round provides resources to build on that foundation and bring controlled AI adoption to SMEs and mid-market companies.
