Duvo has raised a US$32 million Series A round led by Balderton Capital, with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone, and Credo Ventures. The investment brings total funding to US$48 million and will support global expansion, beginning with retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. Duvo also announced that Michael Green has joined as Chief Commercial Officer, Spencer Insolia has joined as Managing Director for the U.S., and Christoph Schwaiger has joined as Senior Advisor.

Funding and Leadership Expansion

The new leadership team brings enterprise software and retail operating experience to Duvo's commercial push. Green joins from Databricks and previously served as a Senior Vice President at Salesforce, while Insolia was President of Kmart and a Managing Director at Accenture. Schwaiger, former CEO at ALDI SÜD Holding, will advise the company as it scales in competitive retail and consumer goods markets.

How the Platform Works

Duvo describes itself as an Enterprise Execution OS, a single platform where a company's operations run with governed processes and clear user approvals. Duvo Clarity captures how work actually gets done through AI-led discovery interviews, screen recordings, and existing documents. Duvo agents then execute approved steps across ERPs, supplier portals, spreadsheets, and inboxes, using APIs where they exist and the same screens people use where they do not, enabling live deployment in weeks.

Governance and Decision Controls

Decisions and exceptions are routed to the person who owns them, while operating cockpits show what is waiting for a decision and what each process delivered. The company argues that most organizations run on systems that do not talk to each other, and manual work in those gaps is where value leaks. By running that work on one platform, Duvo aims to recover lost value and avoid creating standalone automation projects.

Customer Results

Duvo reports that it has unlocked more than US$100 million for clients across finance, supply chain, commercial, customer care, marketing, and HR. At Notino, Europe's largest online beauty retailer, quarterly reconciliation of roughly US$45 million in supplier bonuses fell from 70 days to 15 days and from about 120 specialist hours per cycle to under 10. Morrisons Group Productivity Director Gordon MacPherson said the platform helps leaders base decisions about repetitive tasks on evidence rather than assumptions.

Founder Perspective and Market Outlook

Duvo co-founder and CEO Tomáš Čupr said measuring AI by how many people an agent can replace is the wrong unit. At Rohlik, where he is founder and Group CEO, planners once checked about eight at-risk products per day per market, but now every signal is checked around the clock. Gartner projects that spending on business orchestration and automation technologies will exceed US$21 billion by 2029, and predicts more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by 2027.

Security, Model Flexibility, and Alliances

Duvo is model-agnostic, so the AI foundation can change without rebuilding the processes built on top of it. Companies with strict security or sovereignty requirements can run open-weight models on dedicated GPUs, connect a model in their own cloud or on-premises, or use an AI endpoint they already approve. The platform is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certified, and U.S. companies can buy it through Microsoft's Azure Marketplace.

Strategic Alliances and Investor Commentary

Deloitte Central Europe has formed an alliance with Duvo to combine transformation expertise with the Enterprise Execution OS. Jan Hejtmánek, Partner and AI Institute Leader at Deloitte Central Europe, said clients need operations that actually change rather than more AI pilots. Balderton Capital Partner Rob Moffat added that Duvo's ability to capture how work actually happens and automate processes in the same integrated system is unique.

With fresh capital, a seasoned leadership team, and a platform designed for governed automation, Duvo is targeting a market where operational execution remains a persistent challenge. The company's early results suggest that value can come from work that previously had no dedicated owner, not just from reducing headcount. As agentic AI adoption accelerates, Duvo's integrated approach may offer a practical path from pilot to production.
