Led by PranaVentures with participation from Vento and 40Jemz Ventures, the capital will fuel its mission of providing seamless medical access. This funding supports the company's goal to make healthcare accessible to people away from home.


Addressing a Gap in Traveller Healthcare

International travellers often face hurdles when seeking medical care, including language barriers and navigating unfamiliar healthcare systems. Doctorsa addresses these challenges by providing timely support for common non-emergency health issues. The platform handles conditions like infections, respiratory problems, and other urgent care needs experienced abroad.

The service operates on a simple, on-demand model without requiring a subscription, making it highly accessible. Users describe their symptoms and are connected with a doctor for a video consultation within five minutes. Consultations are conducted in English, with competitive pricing starting from €20 per session.

Founded by Nadia Neytcheva and Francesco Maria Serino, the platform has demonstrated impressive traction. Operating as Doctorsa since 2023, it has already assisted over 250,000 travellers in three years. The company's network includes more than 550 doctors located across 40 different countries.
