Cureety has acquired U.S.-based Reimagine Care in a deal that combines two digital oncology platforms focused on extending cancer care beyond traditional clinical settings. The transaction brings together Cureety’s therapy-specific monitoring and clinical intelligence capabilities with Reimagine Care’s AI-enabled patient engagement technology and oncology-trained care teams. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Building a Larger Oncology Care Platform
The combined organization supports more than 250 cancer centers and approximately 100,000 patients across five countries, with a workforce of around 150 employees. According to the companies, the merged business is profitable and will focus on delivering more continuous and personalized support as cancer therapies become increasingly complex. The acquisition also strengthens Cureety’s presence in the United States while adding established clinical capabilities to its existing technology platform.
Cureety develops an oncology-specific platform designed to monitor patients between scheduled visits and help clinical teams identify changes that may require attention. Its technology incorporates factors including treatment type, cancer type, and individual patient circumstances to distinguish expected side effects from potentially significant clinical developments. Digital workflows are also intended to reduce administrative work and help oncology professionals prioritize patients requiring intervention.
Reimagine Care Adds AI-Enabled Virtual Support
Reimagine Care contributes its virtual oncology care model and Remi, an AI-powered patient engagement platform designed to communicate with patients outside the clinic. The system gathers clinically relevant information through conversational interactions and escalates cases to oncology-trained professionals when additional support is required. Reimagine Care says its model provides patients with continuous access to specialized clinical support while helping providers manage workloads more efficiently.
The combination is intended to give U.S. cancer centers and community oncology practices access to therapy-specific monitoring, AI-supported engagement, and additional clinical capacity through a unified care model. Cureety and Reimagine Care said the technology can integrate into existing healthcare workflows while supporting established remote-monitoring and care-management reimbursement pathways in the United States. These capabilities may become increasingly important as advanced treatments such as CAR-T therapies and bispecific antibodies are delivered across a wider range of healthcare environments.
Supporting More Complex Cancer Treatments

The companies aim to allow oncologists to remain at the center of patient care while extending personalized support beyond hospitals and clinics through technology and specialized virtual teams. They also see opportunities to deploy the combined platform in clinical trials and observational research to generate longitudinal data while supporting patient safety and monitoring.
