Polish education technology company Coding Giants has secured up to €6 million in venture debt financing from Orbit Capital to accelerate its international growth. The funding will support organic expansion and acquisitions in the Americas and Spain. The company provides coding, artificial intelligence, and mathematics courses to children and teenagers across 13 markets in Europe and the Americas.

Financing Structure and Strategic Growth

The agreement includes an initial tranche of €3 million, with additional capital available subject to agreed milestones. Coding Giants generates approximately US$15 million in annual recurring revenue and has returned to profitability in recent months. The financing is intended to strengthen its presence in the United States, Mexico, and Spain while maintaining a balanced approach to expansion.

Company Background and Market Reach

Coding Giants was founded eight years ago and has grown to serve more than 130,000 students across 13 markets in Europe and the Americas. The company, based in Warsaw, initially developed through bootstrapping before raising venture capital in 2023 and 2024. Its courses now cover programming, artificial intelligence, and mathematics for children and teenagers.

Latin America as a Core Priority

Coding Giants operates an office in Guadalajara, Mexico, and reports that Latin America is currently its fastest growing region. According to company leadership, the region reached US$1 million in sales in less than one year. Approximately 30% of its teachers are Spanish speaking, with around 85% of that group based in Latin America.

Expansion Through Acquisitions and Online Learning

The company plans to direct much of the new funding toward acquiring profitable edtech businesses that can broaden its course catalog and strengthen its international footprint. More than 90% of group revenue already comes from online classes, and its international operations rely entirely on this model. Coding Giants has also expanded beyond programming into mathematics and individual exam preparation.

Financial Performance and Profitability

Coding Giants reported revenue growth of approximately 80% in 2025 compared with the previous year. After a period of heavy investment in new markets, the company returned to profitability in recent months and now expects annual growth of 30% to 40% while keeping the group profitable. Its Polish franchise network remains a profitable and complementary part of the business.

Adapting to Artificial Intelligence and Market Trends

Coding Giants emphasizes teaching logical thinking, curiosity, and problem solving rather than preparing students for a single profession. Its leadership sees artificial intelligence tools as an opportunity to help young people navigate the digital world safely and intelligently. In response to its broader product range, the company is considering an evolutionary rebranding that could retain the word Giganci while dropping the programming reference.

Investor Perspective and Venture Debt Context

Orbit Capital provided the financing from its second growth fund, which has a target size of €107 million. The firm focuses on companies with validated business models that can scale internationally. Partner Wiktor Namysł said venture debt allows such companies to accelerate acquisitions and customer acquisition without changing the fundamentals of their development model.

With this venture debt facility, Coding Giants gains flexible capital to pursue its next phase of growth without immediate dilution. Orbit Capital views the company's validated model, international experience, and expanding market demand as key strengths. The investment highlights the growing role of venture debt in helping Polish technology companies scale globally.
