BLK Global PLC has completed its admission to trading on Euronext Access Dublin, marking another public-market milestone for venture builder Enry’s Island S.p.A. Trading in BLK shares began on July 31, 2026, under the ticker BLKX and ISIN GB00BPSKS130. The transaction was completed through a direct listing, meaning the company did not issue new shares or raise additional capital as part of the admission.
BLK Reaches the Public Markets
BLK operates a digital peer-to-peer marketplace focused on facilitating the trading and logistics of commodities. The company was originally selected by Enry’s Island from thousands of applications and participated in a one-year incubation and acceleration program based on the venture builder’s proprietary Enry’s Model. Enry’s Island subsequently supported BLK through later stages of development as the business expanded and prepared for its eventual stock market listing.
The company entered Euronext Access Dublin with 16,666,375 issued shares and a reference price of €2.92 per share. Based on those figures, BLK had an implied market capitalization of approximately €48.7 million at admission. Assiduous acted as listing sponsor for the transaction, applying its Neo Sponsor model, which has previously supported more than 170 listings across Euronext Access markets.
Revenue Growth Supports Expansion
BLK reported revenue of £20.7 million for the 2025 financial year, representing a 276% increase from £5.5 million in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA reached £1.05 million during the same period, while the total value of commodities traded through the platform had surpassed $15 billion by December 2025. These operating figures provide additional context for the company's move into the public markets and its ambitions to expand its international presence.
Chief Executive Officer Gabriele Dadò said Euronext Access Dublin provides BLK with a platform for the company's next phase of development. He highlighted the potential for the listing to strengthen BLK's public profile while expanding its access to international capital providers and commercial partners. Although no new financing was raised through the transaction, the public listing gives the company greater visibility as it continues developing its commodities marketplace.
Second Listing for Enry’s Island Portfolio
BLK represents the second Enry’s Island portfolio company to reach the public markets within a two-year period. Enry’s Island, which has itself traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 2023 under the ticker EIOS, said another portfolio company IPO is already being prepared. The venture builder positions public-market listings as one of several potential outcomes for businesses progressing through its incubation, acceleration, and growth ecosystem.
Enry’s Island Chairman and CEO Luigi Valerio Rinaldi said the two portfolio listings across different international exchanges support the company's long-term approach to building value. Investor Relations Manager Alessandro Pacciana similarly described BLK's admission as evidence of the competitiveness of the Enry’s Model compared with conventional incubation and venture-building structures. Following BLK's debut, Enry’s Island said the listed companies within its ecosystem have an aggregate value of approximately €100 million, alongside more than 20 privately held portfolio businesses.
Enry’s Island Expands Its Gaming Focus
Alongside the BLK announcement, Enry’s Island outlined plans to apply experience gained from its Web2 portfolio to a growing group of gaming-focused companies. The company said upcoming partnerships and initiatives are intended to expand its presence within the international gaming and venture capital ecosystem. Its plans also include a reality-show format produced through its RVA phygital arena, designed to showcase selected emerging gaming entrepreneurs and companies.
BLK's admission to Euronext Access Dublin gives the commodities marketplace a public-market presence while extending Enry’s Island's record of guiding portfolio companies from incubation through later-stage growth. The direct listing values BLK at approximately €48.7 million at its reference price and follows significant reported revenue growth during the 2025 financial year. For Enry’s Island, the transaction also reinforces its strategy of pursuing public listings as a potential long-term value-creation route for companies within its venture-building ecosystem.
