AuxoAI, a San Francisco-based enterprise AI company, announced on October 20, 2026 that it has raised US$20.7 million in Series A funding led by NTTVC. The round will support the company's growth and help scale its forward-deployed model for enterprise artificial intelligence. The financing also includes participation from prominent technology executives and strategic investors.

Scaling the Forward-Deployed AI Model

AuxoAI has built a foundation over the last 3 years by working with Global 2000 enterprises and strategic AI technology partners. The new capital will expand the company's global Forward Deployed talent, invest in proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities, and scale its presence and strategic ecosystem. The company's Forward Deployed Engineering team has already worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, telecom, and other industries.

Strategic Investors and Advisors

George Still Jr., Partner Emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners and longtime Workday board member, is among the strategic investors joining the round. Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at ServiceNow, and Giacomo Sonnino, Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and former COO of QuantumBlack North America, also participated. The company is welcoming all three as strategic investors and advisors, and their experience spans venture capital, enterprise software leadership, and data and AI consulting.

The Forward-Deployed Approach and Damia

At the center of AuxoAI's approach are Forward Deployed Experts, a combination of Forward Deployed Strategists and Engineers who work alongside the customer's business. These teams understand how work actually happens, capture enterprise context, identify ways to reimagine work, and build production AI that gets used. AuxoAI accelerates time to value with Damia, its proprietary FDE Workbench that has codified intelligence for several enterprise AI deployments.

Founder Vision for Enterprise AI

Co-founders Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh, and Kabir Singh said the company was founded on the thesis that AI will fundamentally change how enterprises work, but technology alone will not make that happen. They described the mission as bringing AI into the operating fabric of the enterprise by deeply understanding its context, a context that general-purpose AI does not inherently understand. The founders added that the investment gives them the opportunity to scale the model globally.

Ecosystem Momentum and Market Position

Earlier this year, AuxoAI was announced as one of select AI Pureplay Partners for the Gemini Enterprise Transformation program, part of Google's US$750 million investment in enterprise AI deployment. The company is an AI-native Google Gemini Enterprise transformation partner and an AWS advanced-tier partner. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, AuxoAI was founded in 2023.

NTTVC's Role

NTTVC is a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm formed in partnership with NTT, a global technology leader operating in over 70 countries. The firm helps startups accelerate growth and scale globally, with investments that include Anthropic, Neysa, nference, Celona, Eko Health, and Shoreline, which was acquired by NVIDIA. Its backing provides AuxoAI with access to a broad global technology network.

With this Series A round, AuxoAI is positioned to deepen its forward-deployed model and expand its footprint across Global 2000 enterprises. The company's combination of strategic expertise, engineering capacity, and proprietary tooling addresses a growing enterprise need for AI that delivers measurable business outcomes. As it scales globally, AuxoAI aims to turn enterprise context into production-grade AI deployments that reshape how work gets done.
