San Francisco-based Loop, an AI platform for supply chain logistics, has successfully closed a $95 million Series C funding round. The investment was led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund, with participation from several prominent venture firms. This capital infusion will fuel Loop's mission to transform fragmented supply chain data into actionable, predictive intelligence for enterprises.

Addressing Supply Chain Complexity

Global supply chains are currently navigating a highly volatile environment marked by tariffs, supplier diversification, and rising operational costs. Many businesses are further hampered by legacy systems that trap critical data in inaccessible formats, limiting both financial and operational visibility. This fragmentation makes it difficult for companies to make swift, informed decisions in response to constant market disruptions.

Loop directly confronts these challenges by ingesting and structuring previously unusable data from sources like PDFs and disconnected digital messages. The platform uses a sophisticated harness of proprietary and frontier AI models to automate complex back-office tasks. This process provides customers with immediate cost savings and a clearer understanding of where money and time are being lost.

A Verticalized AI Approach

The company employs a verticalized AI strategy, initially targeting back-office operations where data is most siloed and the financial impact is highest. At the core of this system is DUX, Loop's proprietary family of AI models and agents designed specifically for logistics complexities. DUX excels at understanding, contextualizing, and acting on logistics data across a wide array of documents and systems.

By structuring this foundational data, Loop helps companies improve financial visibility and gain tighter control over their working capital. Co-founder Shaosu Liu emphasizes that the goal extends beyond simple diagnostics to offering predictive and even prescriptive remedies. The platform is expanding to integrate with ERP and TMS systems, creating a more comprehensive source of truth for customers.

Strategic Investment and Investor Confidence

The $95 million funding round saw participation from notable investors including 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, and J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners. Antonio Gracias, CEO of lead investor Valor, praised Loop's ability to turn a difficult part of the supply chain into a customer advantage. He stated that Loop is positioned to become the "intelligence layer of the entire supply chain."

Valor's deep involvement in the AI sector lends significant validation to Loop's technology and market position. According to Liu, the investor conducted extensive diligence on the defensibility of Loop's business model. This backing underscores confidence that Loop's specialized approach provides a durable advantage in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Future Growth and Expansion

Loop intends to deploy the new capital to expand its platform across a broader set of enterprise use cases and deepen its product capabilities. A significant portion of the funding is also earmarked for recruiting top-tier AI and engineering talent. The company works with leading brands such as Olipop, Kendra Scott, and Dot Foods to deliver its solutions.

CEO Matt McKinney noted that the rapid advancement of AI technology allows Loop to accelerate its mission of delivering greater savings and resilience to its customers. He believes that companies embracing this technological shift now will gain a compounding advantage over the next decade. Loop aims to become the foundational platform for all logistics and supply chain decision-making.

This substantial Series C funding positions Loop to significantly scale its impact on the logistics and supply chain industry. By transforming chaotic operational data into a unified system of intelligence, the company is empowering businesses to navigate uncertainty with greater confidence. Loop's continued innovation promises to build more resilient, efficient, and intelligent supply chains for the future.
